  论文首先阐述项目管理、App测试管理以及在App项目中TMMI测试成熟度模型等理论常识,并根据相关理论展开对兰州银行App测试管理现状进行深入和全面的分析,对当前存在的需求频繁变更、测试支撑不足、部门间沟通协作不畅、App缺陷多、形成常识库机制不完善等问题进行梳理,并深入分析出出现以上问题的原因主要有:测试重视程度不足、测试管理尚不完善、客户注重App质量和使用体验,从而得出分析结论:兰州银行App测试管理存在不足,需要进行优化,首先,对兰州银行App测试发展进行定位,并从App项目的全生命周期,对兰州银行App测试管理进行优化,从项目需求、实行、监控以及收尾四个过程进行优化改进,并借助TMMI辅助兰州银行测试管理过程改进。从三个大的方面对兰州银行App测试管理提出相对应的优化方案。

With higher expectations, software testing, as a key link to ensure software quality, plays a pivotal role in the project process. A mature software test management process can ensure the effectiveness and appropriateness of software testing to the greatest extent, and thus better ensure the quality of software products.
  
  In recent years, Lanzhou Bank has continuously innovated business models and product types, accelerated information construction, and worked hard to improve product quality. However, software testing as a quality assurance method cannot meet the needs of business development and information system construction. Therefore, Lanzhou Bank software test management needs optimize. The thesis first expounds the theoretical knowledge of project management,software test management, and TMMI test maturity model in software projects, and conducts an in-depth and comprehensive analysis of the current status of Lanzhou Bank's software test management based on relevant theories. The current needs are frequently changed, Insufficient test support, poor communication and collaboration between departments, many software defects, and incomplete knowledge base formation mechanism are sorted out, and in-depth analysis of the reasons for the above problems mainly includes: insufficient attention to testing, incomplete test management, and customers Pay attention to software quality and user experience,and draw the analysis conclusion: Lanzhou Bank software testing management is inadequate and needs to be optimized.
  
  First of all, positioning Lanzhou Bank's software testing development, and optimizing Lanzhou Bank's software testing management from the entire life cycle of the software project, optimizing and improving the four processes of project demand, execution, monitoring and closing, and assisting Lanzhou with TMMI Bank test management process improvement. software testing risk management has been increased, and corresponding optimization plans have been proposed for Lanzhou Bank software testing management from three major aspects.
